A GoToR Action. Navigates to a destination in another document.

Name	Type	Argument	Description
`options`	object	<nullable>	A map of properties to set on the Action.

`dest`	Core.Actions.Dest	Gets the destination object.
`filename`	string	Gets the original filename of the remote document.
`newWindow`	boolean	Gets whether the document should be opened in a new window or not.

onTriggered(owner, event, documentViewer)

Called when the action is triggered.

`owner`	Annotations.Forms.Field \| Core.DocumentViewer	The dispatcher to which this action is attached
`event`	object	The PDFJS event to use when executing the action
